As our Web Developer, you will be involved in writing web based applications that enables users and administrators to manage and monitor the Deltapath Unified Communications platform. In particular, you will be designing and implementing user interfaces for various user roles. This is a role for candidates who enjoys R&D in real-time web technologies and constantly challenge him/herself to produce an intuitive user interface.

You will be part of an intimate engineering team that works closely with each other from design to QA. Occasionally, you will work with selected customers to gather their feedback formulate into your designs.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop web based user interface for complex enterprise systems.
  • Previous programming experience in PHP and JavaScript is essential.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the common web 2.0 languages such as webRTC/EXTJS/NodeJS is critical.
  • Able to design database and construct optimized SQL queries and procedure calls in MYSQL.
  • Understanding of socket programming and Linux system programming such as Perl and shell scripts will be helpful.

Solutions Architect

The role that we’re holding for you:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide pre-sales technical assistance and leadership in account opportunities working with Sales Engineer and Account Managers in the frSIP Platform Solutions Architect’s assigned region on Unified Communications and Collaboration Infrastructure solutions. This position is the second tier of technical support, an overlay function supporting the sales organization, in partnership with the Sales Engineering team and the peer Solutions Architects.

This individual will be able to analyze a situation from all sides, but especially from the customer’s perspective and communicate that analysis to our customers as well as our Account and SE teams. They will be forward thinking and able to communicate that future vision succinctly throughout the Organization and to customer contacts up to and including C-Level. Finally, this person will be easily adaptable to changing environments and aware of their own strengths and weaknesses to the point of understanding how these affect their efficacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner training (technical & sales), customer training, pre/post sales technical presentations, product sales presentations and demonstrations, solutions design assistance, RFP/RFI response support, technical training and competency assessment of new and existing partners
  • An escalation advocacy role for partners and customers for technical issues to drive resolution and assure customer satisfaction objectives are achieved
  • Form a strong alliance with the sales team in the territory to achieve assigned Revenue and Customer Satisfaction goals
  • Supporting the sales organization by providing technical depth on the configuration deployment and architecture of the Deltapath frSIP Unified Communications Platform.
  • Working with systems engineers through product management and engineering to address product needs and understand product roadmaps
  • Providing subject matter expertise to internal training resources in order to prepare and update training materials
  • Act as a leader in the overall sales community for RPP solutions including providing proactive and scheduled technical support for customer engagements and demos.
  • Present value proposition solutions architecture design specifics roadmap and competitive positioning in formal and informal settings
  • Customer-specific design/architecture development
  • Proactively following up on customer engagements in partnership with the appropriate SE.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roadmap & development activities
  • Develop documents for SE/Account Team knowledge transfer

Critical Skills & Experience:

The best candidate should have strong working knowledge/experience in data environments including LANs, WANs, routing, switching, data circuits, QoS, Voice over IP, video conference and circuit switched technologies such as traditional TDM-based PBXs, IP-based PBXs, voice circuits & Telco offerings and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling emerging technology and evangelizing emerging markets is highly desired

SIP System Developer

The role that we’re holding for you:

As our SIP System Developer, you will be responsible for programming applications both in server and client side that composes our Unified Communications core. You will be exposed to a variety of real-time applications such as call signaling and processing, unified messaging, billing, conferencing, recording, contact center, and mobile applications.

This will be a demanding role that requires you to solve complex and challenging technical problems. You will be part of an intimate engineering team who works closely with each other from design to QA.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in C/C++ development using standard coding practices such as STL and exception handling.
  • Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, database concepts and algorithms.
  • Good understanding of networking and socket programming.
  • Familiar with development in Linux.
  • Experience with scripting languages: Perl, Shell scripting, and PHP.
  • Experience with SIP, BFCP, Lync, SRTP is a plus.

As our Quality Assurance Engineer, you will act as the gatekeeper for the Product Engineering team to ensure all releases meets or exceed our customers’ expectation for quality.

Associate Engineer

The role that we’re holding for you:

The Associate Support Engineer is a very challenging and demanding role designed for college graduates who want to develop a service career in the Unified Communication industry. This position is an entry level graduate position within Deltapath and has a specific career path within our services organization (Position can lead to support engineer, technical team lead, system/field engineer, development, consulting & training experts, project and engagement manager, service manager etc.).

Responsibilities:

You will be part of our world class support team working on tier 1 and 2 tickets coming via phone, web, and e-mail from our partner’s and customer’s engineers; perform proactive monitoring of customer production sites and carry out schedule maintenance and upgrades. You will also be involved in onsite / remote professional and field services activities such as system planning, deployment, and training. Occasionally, you will be expected to perform emergency support during non-office hours.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • Telephony: T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, FXS Stations.
    • Networking Administration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, Router, Firewall).
    • Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) and CCNA (voice) skill set.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute requirement.
  • Must be able to multi-task, including successfully working simultaneous projects and issues.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and long hours under critical situations.
  • Clear and detail oriented communicator and team player.
